As part of both organisations’ response to the Wass report ‘By choice – not by chance’ the Royal College of General Practitioners and MSC have been working together to develop a survey of students’ career aspirations. The survey asks students what is important in terms of your future careers and how you view GP as a career as well as what has influenced your views. There are also questions that investigate views on how medicine will change in the future and how you think that will impact on your careers.
